Hennessy•Made for More

Hennessy is a spirit that has typically been enjoyed neat, on the rocks, or — if you're feeling a bit saucy — with a splash of Coke or Red Bull.
But they wanted to shake things up and show the world that this old cognac still has some new twists.

I came onto this project during the production phase as a cultural consultant to provide insights related to Black-American representation.
I brought my cultural perspective and a creative eye to to on-set ideation, wardrobe/styling, and performances to help see that the work authentically captured the nuances and richness of the Black culture being portrayed.
I also conducted interviews with both Damson Idris and Teyanna Taylor during the production.

The campaign was masterfully concepted and executed by Allan Stevenson, Anyaa Dev, and Christian Baur,
and creative directed by Zeynep Orbay and Gustav von Platen.
